The magic and excitement of Christmas filled our house. When she saw her new bike, her face filled with joy! When she found out it was from Santa, she exclaimed, "Thank you, Santa!" Her thoughts of Santa quickly turned from scary to those of fondness. :) We had a great Christmas with our little one!
We gathered at Mama Mary and Papa Bob's house on Christmas eve. A 4 generation picture. Her mom, Grandma, and great-Grandma were all together for Christmas.
We spent Sunday evening at Aunt Francine's and Uncle Jamie's. She had a good time playing with her new cousin, Leeah. She is also getting the hang of opening presents...just in time!
We had lots of FUN getting together with our friends and their kids for our Christmas dinner. This year included some games and book exchange for the kids. The adults enjoyed some great Christmas cocktails from a wonderful, in-house bartender!
She has gone to music class every Wednesday for the past few months. She LOVED it! Music class was the best! Her favorite part of it was when she got to play with the instruments. This was her last class. It was a little sad because I knew she loved it so much. Miss Michelle was a great teacher. We will take a break and maybe try it again in the summer.
Saturday morning she woke up to a full stocking from St. Nicholas. She was so excited to see all her new little gifts. She especially loves her baby bottles. However, I think she sucks on them a little more than her babies do.
We went to visit Santa at the early Childhood Center. She was not a fan! She loved all the activities at the Santa Workshop. But no respect for the Old Guy in Red. She gave him hi-five and them melted into a weeping mess with a death grip around my neck.
We had a great Turkey day. She had a great time playing with all of her cousins and family. She is starting to be more social and can venture off of Mommy's leg at big family gatherings.
She enjoyed BBQ-ing crayons with little Joshua, bossing Papa Bob around with her stroller, and playing Wii with Daddy.
Wow, I am so new at this. I look at everyone's Blog and love them. I have a lot to live up to here. Hopefully, I can keep up with this Blog better that I have my scrapbooking attempts! Here goes nothing......
