"Mom...Turn it up!"

You may notice we have a new song playing on our blog. Well, here's the story......When driving to work one morning this past week, the song Jack and Diane came on the radio. She immediately yelled, "Mom, turn it up!" So, I turned it up and She began dancing in her car seat. So, I started dancing and sing out loud. She started to sing, also. Of course, her singing did not match the words (or any real words at all) to the song but she thought she was doing a great job! Does life get any better than that.....singing and dancing to Jack and Diane @ 6:45 in the morning?

2 YEARS OLD!!!

Oh my....where has time gone. My little baby girl has just turned two! This year she celebrated with her friends and family and had a great time. She got lots of practice opening presents at Christmas. So, this birthday it was a breeze. I think the thing she was most excited about was her George cake and ICE CREAM! (You can see some of it on her face in one of the pictures) She is just like her mommy...she loves her desserts! She has a new swing set in the backyard, ready to be put together. It is a birthday present from her whole family. She doesn't quite know about it, yet. However I know she will be so excited to see it up. She will spend many happy, sunny days out there this summer!
