His Lovie

Someone has a favorite little baby at school. His teachers tell me that he carries it around all day and gets mad if others play with it.  Funny  thing is that he never plays babies at home. Glad to see he'll be a good daddy someday.

Sibling love...

Older sister brainwashing has hit an all time high do to being stuck inside for days on end. ☺

After a shirt time, they came back into the room and said that he was going upstairs to change....into a fairy. 👍

I am saving these pics for future black male. This boy needs to get out and roll in some dirt!

Christmas luncheon

Sis and I had a nice Christmas gathering with my Grandma Shirley and family. This is Sis' Great Grandma. The nursing home hosted a nice lunch.  They had a man playing a guitar and singing carols.
Cute cousin's dancing and hugging for pics.

Fun on the ice

For Sissys birthday she wanted to go ice skating. It was a first for us as a family. I hadn't skated since I was a kid and the kids had never been. To say that it was funny is an understatement. Sissy did fairly well while holding tightly onto our hands. After a whole she was able to venture off a little bit on her own. Little Bro, was a wobbly mess, as dad called it. His feet were nonstop skidding back and forth ALL over the place. Dad was basically just holding him up. At one point, when we couldn't stop laughing, dad said, "Is this some type of comedy skit?"  Little bro was a mess. After a while, he also ventured off a bit. All in all, we had fun and they want to go again.

First Selfie

Just found this...his first Selfie. So funny!

I could just eat him up! Cuteness!

Brotherly Love

Among the many reasons that I love where my kids go to preschool, this is at the top.  Sibling Lunch Day. One day each month they get to go to each other's classroom to eat lunch together. Thankful that their awesome teacher captured this pic for me. They love it!!!  They are best buds!
On a side note...big brother claims he ate ALL of his green beans on his plate.  However, he then begged me to never make them. 😉

She's done it again, Folks!

Our good little girl has done it again. She has displayed great character and was chosen for a virtue award. This time she was selected by her teacher for the virtue of "Service". Her teacher said that she displays this virtue on a daily basis by always being willing to help others. Great Job Sis!  We can learn a lot from you.

"Snowmagedon 2014"

Snow hit us hard. With about a foot of snow and below freezing temps, we were stuck inside for quite a bit this last month. The big kids did manage to get out and play while dad shoveled the drive way. The snow was so deep, they were able to make a tunnel through it. They loved it. The littlest one just got to watch from the window. He wasn't too happy about that. Thank goodness Santa brought us a new bounce house. It gave us hours of entertainment and exercise during those long "Snowmagedon" days!

3 Shining Stars This Year!

This was the first year that we had 3 Shining Stars in Christmas Programs. We had a snowman, an angel, and a choir singer. It was so fun to watch the "snowman" get wheeled up on stage in his buggy and sat down on the step. He just looked all around at all the faces staring at him. I caught him smiling a little but he kept it pretty serious! <> Our Angel who sang, "Holly, Jolly Christmas" put on a great performance. This year he looked so grown up on stage. This was also the first year he actually sang and participated. The cutest thing about his performance was the fact that he couldn't pronounce the L, J, or R sounds while singing. But he LOVED that song!<> Big Sis rocked it on the main stage with her songs. As always, she enjoys stage performances. I would have never guessed it by how shy she was as a baby and toddler. These are some of my favorite things that I will miss as my kids get older. There is nothing cuter than little ones singing about Christmas.
