He got a hold of Sissy's bowl of yogurt. He was so proud of himself. He had yogurt EVERYWHERE!
Sissy is sporting a new look from the County Library Summer Reading Program. They are glasses and a straw in one!

9 Months Already

He's 9 months already. He is such a mover and eater. He LOVES to eat. I have not found anything (besides peaches) that he will not eat. The doctor actually suggested that I monitor his food intake in order to keep milk a top priority. He is cruising all over the place. This morning he started pulling up on things and pushing them around the room.

Her new job is to help vacuum the kitchen after dinner. She was so proud to be able to have this job. Let's hope she is always that willing to help clean. I'll enjoy it while it lasts.VACATION on the beach somewhere tropical!..No, not really. Just at Mama's lake. I can pretend though....

This one shows her timid personality, for those of you who really know her. All her friends were climbing and running through all these fun tunnels. She watched them all run in and she yelled, "I'll wait right here for you!" Then she sat down and waited for her friends to come back out. I couldn't help but smile.
He's thinking, "Doggies? I know your back there."
Lastly, my sweet, sweet baby - Who I have suddenly realized is growing WAY too fast. I love to peek in on him sleeping. He loves cuddling with his little blankie. Precious...

A Day of Firsts

We had a great afternoon planned...lunch at Steak N Shake and then off to the movies. She had never been to either place and enjoyed them both. We went to see Toy Story 3...Woody doll in hand. She was very excited. She loved the idea of a purse full of snacks and candy, and not to mention that baby brother had to stay home. Fun afternoon spent with my big girl!

He has discovered the wipes supply. He couldn't rip them out fast enough...you should also see the damage he can do to the toilette paper!

She fell at Mama's and scraped up both her knees. Of course, she thought she could no longer walk. She said she needed "crunches" to help her walk. "Mom, you know! The ones that go under your arms and help you walk!" Oh..I should have known what "crunches" were. Silly me! So, we improvised and gave her some toy golf clubs, turned upside down to look like crutches. It was a miracle..she could walk again! (She might be a little dramatic!)

Kansas City Va-cay!

The WHOLE family went to KC this weekend to visit Aunt Kristin and Brenden. It was a fun time.We spent Saturday going on the best tour of the city. Our tour guides took us to Crown Plaza, The Canal, The Outdoor Shopping Area (forgot the real name), Rockhurst, and the Power and Light District (AKA Party Central - Wow!)

Of course, one baby taught the other baby how to crawl up steps...they followed each other right on up the steps! They are already getting into TROUBLE together. :)
