We Are MOVED!

We are finally moved and unpacked (well, the important stuff has been unpacked). Here are a few snapshots of the end of the day. It had to follow tradition with a good downpour. It has rained every single time we move...seriously! Kids enjoyed it and luckily we had already moved everything inside.

PLaying catch up...

I finally had a moment to update our Blog...3 in a row...keep reading..one for each child.

2 Months!

I just love this little guy to pieces. God blessed me with the best baby....3rd times a charm. He is still so easy going. He loves to sleep. Goes to bed at 8, wakes around 1 or 2 and then sleeps again until 5. After the 5:00 feeding he has a hard time getting settled back to sleep. So, he gets to snuggle with me for the next few hours. I actually look forward to that time when he sleeps on my chest. He instantly settles down and falls straight back to sleep. He has also began lots of smiling and cooing this month. As my brother said, "Baby smiles must be made of crack, because they are so addicting" (Thanks Josh) So true! He's growing like a champ. He's up to 11 pounds 8 ounces. He has progressed from the 25-50 percentile to the 50 percentile. His eyes are turning a lighter blue and his hair is coming in sooo blonde. Excited for something a little different!

"I'm bored here. I want to go back to school."

Those where the words I heard just a half hour after picking her up from her first day of kindergarten. She LOVED it! Backpack and packing snack in her lunchbox are a huge hit!
We all went together to walk her to class. The little guy had to bring his backpack along too. Not sure what was in his...he packed it himself.
She says her teacher is so nice!
The little uy looking out the window, waiting for her to be dismissed.
Here she comes! Look how nice she's walking, hands folded and everything....big smiles = fun day.
Her BFF, Alyson. On the second day we had to pack Cheese-its for snack becasue that's what Alyson had. Lucklly, we actually had Cheese-its in the house.
Second Day - sporting her other choice in uniform a skort. I am actually looking forward to having only 2 choices of clothes in the mornings.
Can't believe my baby girl is in "the BIG school," as she calls it. Second day was harder for me than the first. the first day was filled with excitement. After that wore off, the second day was filled with a quiet house. Crazy how all I ever wish for is a quiet house and then when it happened, it made me sad. Missed her lots today....

If I can't see you, you can't see me...right?

Played a game of hide and seek. This was where I found him! Cute kids.

Preschool Graduation!

Can't believe my baby girl just graduated Preschool. They had a cute little program and sang God Bless America and This land is Your Land. She was living it up with tons of excitement tonight. She even kept referring to herself as "the graduate." Two weeks from today I will be dropping her off at the front door of her Kindergarten Classroom. She is soooo ready and excited. I am excited for her too...and maybe a little sad for me....
