"ABCDEFG....."

She does very well at singing the ABC's. She is able to sing the whole song all the way through...if she feels like cooperating! This time she got a little side tracked by a "boo-boo" on the elephant's trunk. (If the music at the bottom of the blog is playing, I think you will have to turn it off first to hear her sing.)

Another fun Snow day!

Mama Mary and Papa Bob came over for a visit. While ouside playing, they taught her how to make snowballs and built a big snowman!

Snow Day!

YEAH! A snow day. We had fun! Such a difference a year makes. Last year she was scared of the snow. This year, I had to drag her in. Every time I told her it was time to go in, she responded with, "In a minute." Ha, where has she heard that saying from? Surly not Mommy! :)

Just a couple more weeks....

until she gets to celebrate her 2nd birthday. She is old enough now and has gone to enough birthday parties to be thoroughly excited for it. we went yesterday to pick out her George themed plates, napkins, and cups. She held them with pride as we walked through the store. If you ask her about her party, she will often start naming everyone she wants to come. First one on the list is Murphy, my parent's dog! For a while, he was the only one who could come. Thankfully, she has gotten over that!

Magic House Fun

Christmas Morning

The magic and excitement of Christmas filled our house. When she saw her new bike, her face filled with joy! When she found out it was from Santa, she exclaimed, "Thank you, Santa!" Her thoughts of Santa quickly turned from scary to those of fondness. :) We had a great Christmas with our little one!

Christmas Day Gatherings with Family

On Christmas day, we celebrated with more of our imediate family. She loved her presents and by now is an "expert present opener".
