Beauty Shop

We have our own in-house beautician! Daddy got a great hair-do. She loved making Daddy "so pretty" as he relaxed on the couch.



Of course, daddy also needed help brushing his hair. After she got done brushing her own, she asked if she could brush his hair. She climbed up on the couch and went to town. Notice, her idea of brushing his hair is not what we expected. ..HA, HA. Daddy got a chest hair-do! And we got quite a few chuckles out of it!

I scream, you scream. We all scream for ICE CREAM!

Weekend at the Lake

What a fun weekend we had. Dads went fishing and we had fun with friends!


The first day was spent shopping with the big and little girls...we went ALL day long. Lots of fun. The girls were so good! Here they are sharing a snack as they wait outside a store. Apparently they spotted something good!



Sunday was spent at the Manche Lake House. She had lots of fun playing in her friend's little pool. They play so well together.


Her first boat ride. She was a little nervous at first. She kept saying, "Go slow. Go back."

Choo! Choo!

We had such a fun "girls weekend" with our friends. We went to a children's museum, to see trains, out to eat, did a little shopping and finished the weekend up with a picnic lunch at the park. Here are some of some choo-choo pictures. I forgot my camera for the other outings.

The trains were so much bigger than I imagined! Even the wheels were so much bigger than the little girls.

The cutest thing ever..two little friends holding hands! They were getting ready to climb through a big red caboose.

Our little girl's going to have a .....

baby BROTHER! We were very excited today to find out that we are going to be having a boy. Daddy looks forward to many fishing trips with him!

This picture shows, as the ultrasound tech put it, "his two little legs and his kickstand." :)

I sure hope he's getting ready in there. He's going to have a great big (and possibly a little bossy) sister. I'm sure she will love him very much and know what's best for him. I have a feeling his big Sis is going to be making him play babydolls in the near furture!

Big Girl Bed!

She is so excited to have her new bed, even though we are still awaiting arrival of her much sought after Mickey Mouse Club House sheets. In preperation for her sibling's arrival, she is now transitioning to her new bed. She loves it....let's just hope she'll sleep in it!
