I was such a proud Mommy today. He was such a Champ. The nurses tried to prepare us for everything that might upset the little guy. However, we experienced NONE of it.
No crying at all...not during any part of it. He had to go with no food or drink all morning..not a problem. He had to interact with lots of nurses doing tests on him...not a problem. He had to take yucky medicine...sucked it right down...not a problem. During recovery and coming off of anesthesia, babies tend to just scream and cry..not my little guy. They wheeled him back in and praised how laid back he was being. The nurses and doctors were so impressed with his ability to go with the flow. What a good little guy!
