"Down the Hill"

We broke away from my family's St. Patty's day party to enjoy a walk "down the hill." This was the first walk of the season and the weather was perfect. We found this cool tree as we were walking back. We named it the bench tree.
We were on our way across the dam. The little guy LOVED looking at Papa's lake. He kept pointing and yelling, "Woah! Wa, Wa!"
So much fun can be had at a creek. He had a great time throwing rocks. He only hit Papa with a wild throw one time. Papa was not too pleased with that. :)
She enjoyed balancing her way across the little rock path Papa made for her. She didn't mind getting her feet a little wet.
On top of the water play, we saw a lizard, salamander, and a fuzzy caterpillar. I look forward to many, many more walks down the hill with my kiddos!
