Moving Time

Rain, Rain Go Away. Save your gloom for another day....

The rain matched my mood on moving day. It was sad to see the house slowly and crazily empty out. It was such a busy day that it flew by so fast.

The kids, on the other hand, had a blast playing in the rain and finding odds and ends of stuff to play on.

The sadness of leaving our house has lifted. I can now focus on the search for our new home. As we go and see more and more houses, I am getting more excited for our future memories in our new home...I often try to picture the houses we look at as backdrops for our kids' prom pictures...I can imagine the future in a new place.
